Julien is an innovation-minded professional with 15 years experience in both intern and consulting roles. He has a focus on technical project management in business digital transformation and data analytics.
Recognised as both a team player (he is a seasoned engineer and implements technically) and leader with a can-do attitude, he takes complex surveys or multidisciplinary projects across the finish line. Based on the type mission, he recommends or own implementation. In particular, Julien is outstanding realising initiatives which need to be built from ground-up – from an early vision, out of beaten tracks, often leveraging emerging technologies. He is currently based in western Switzerland next to Geneva.
Julien is experienced in both waterfall and agile methodologies as PO/SDM/SRM. His personal taste for technicality – which comes from his engineering background – helps steer tech teams thanks to facilitated communication. He takes pride in delivering solutions which are business-driven, meaning: cost effective, impactful, reliable and scalable. Being an avid learner driven by a personal curiosity for technology, he maintains a vivid engineering awareness. Moreover, aside of his managing role, Julien is practical as he usually participate in technical work like system architecture, data pipeline implementation or coding.
Domain-wise Julien has served the precision industry for 10years specialising in system architecture for embedded data processing. He was a main architect of Leica Geosystems LIDAR scanners. Now he is now working with SME’s focusing on business digital transformation and data analytics and reporting.
